Her parents changed her given name from Leanne to Billie three weeks after registering her birth. Billie has one younger brothe, charlie and two older sister, Harley and Ellie. Billie married tv personality and businessman Chris Evans on May 2001 in a secret ceremony in vegas. there is a 16 year age gap between the two which caught much press attention, when billie was asked if she married simply for Chris's money she replied "I'm not taking a penny from him".
